GlobalGiving seeks a creative and collaborative Associate to join our Global Community Program and Partnerships team, where you'll help deliver impactful experiences and support for nonprofit leaders who partner with us.

Reporting to the Global Community Manager, the Global Community Associate plays a vital role in supporting and engaging our nonprofit community. You'll be part of the Global Community Program and Partnerships Team, which is dedicated to:

• Building meaningful relationships by actively listening to nonprofit leaders, responding to their needs, and creating trusting partnerships.
• Empowering partner success through fundraising opportunities, peer connections, and resources that help strengthen communities according to each organization's unique vision and goals.
• Creating accessible pathways that welcome new partners and provide the support they need to thrive on our platform from day one.
• Providing exceptional support with prompt, relevant, and human-centered responses to partner questions and challenge.
• Driving strategic engagement through segmented communication strategies that deepen our understanding of our nonprofit community and enhance our ability to serve their evolving needs.
