Job summary

SharkNinja Studios seeks an Associate Creative Director, Content Studio to translate briefs and product stories into clear visual worlds. You will lead moodboards, wardrobe, and visual systems across campaigns, collaborating with producers, directors, DPs, editors, designers, and external partners.

You will shape look and feel for sizzles, social demos, paid media, and retail content, while leveraging AI tools to speed exploration and maintain craft in a fast-paced studio.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in art/creative direction, visual development, branded content or related roles.
• Strong portfolio with moodboards, style boards, and campaign work.
• Experience creating moodboards, visuals, wardrobe, and pre-production packs.
• Understanding typography, layout, motion, and visual consistency.
• Able to identify premium, ownable and on-brand visuals.
• Experience with live-action video, product demos, social content, or campaigns.
• Collaborates with directors, editors, designers, motion teams, and partners.
• Knowledge of AI tools, Adobe CS, presentations, and modern workflows.
• Capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced studio.

Responsibilities

• Own visual development across campaigns including moodboards and pre-production decks.
• Create style guides with typography, supers, layouts, and visual systems.
• Translate scripts and direction into clear visual concepts.
• Support look and feel of product sizzles, social demos, and paid media.
• Board out concepts, demo sequences, and key visual beats.
• Collaborate with producers, directors, DPs, editors, and external partners.
• Assist in wardrobe, location scouting, set dressing, and art department alignment.
• Develop social-first visual approaches and platform-native framing.
• Use AI tools to accelerate exploration and production planning.
• Maintain quality control across development and execution.
