Job summary

SharkNinja Studios seeks an Associate Creative Director, Content Studio to lead visual development for campaigns before filming. You’ll own moodboards, style boards, and pre-production decks, defining wardrobe, set design, lighting, and overall tone while translating scripts into clear visual concepts.

You will partner with producers, directors, DPs, editors and VFX teams, shaping the look for product sizzles, social demos, and paid media.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in art/creative direction, visual development or related role.
• Experience with moodboards, style boards, visual territories, and pre-production packages.
• Strong typography, layout, and visual consistency across assets.
• Experience supporting live-action video, product demos, social content, or campaigns.
• Ability to work across directors, editors, designers, and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Own visual development across campaigns, including moodboards and pre-production decks.
• Create graphic style guides for typography, layouts, and visual systems.
• Translate scripts and demos into visual concepts for easy execution.
• Support Global Creative Director on product sizzles, paid media, and retail content.
• Board concepts, sequence moments, hooks, and key visual beats.
• Collaborate with producers, DPs, editors, designers, and CG/VFX teams.
• Assist in wardrobe, location scouting, props, and art department alignment.
• Develop social-first visual approaches and platform-native framing.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate concept development and production planning.
• Maintain quality control across visual development and execution.
