SharkNinja seeks a Senior Designer, Creative to shape the visual future of our brand portfolio from our Needham, MA headquarters. You will craft premium visual identities across packaging, digital commerce, and social platforms, working upstream with writers, art directors, and engineers.

You will drive scalable design systems, lead multi‑channel concepts, and ensure a globally consistent look. The role emphasizes rapid execution, AI‑assisted workflows, and mentoring the Needham team to uphold

Qualifications

5+ years of graphic/digital design experience in fast-paced environments.
Elite multi-channel portfolio demonstrating packaging, motion, and e‑commerce work.
A systems thinker who builds reusable visual toolkits.
Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma; willingness to leverage AI tools.

Responsibilities

Build scalable visual ecosystems across packaging, DTC sites, Amazon, retail, social, and events.
Partner with copywriters and art directors to create breakthrough multi‑channel concepts.
Lead design execution, typography, layout, and asset creation to maintain premium global identity.
Direct production, post‑production design, and on‑set art direction for shoots.
Mentor junior designers and elevate the Needham studio culture.
