Job summary

SharkNinja, a global product design and technology company, seeks an Art Director to join the Global Creative DTC team in New York City. Lead digital retail creative for Shark and Ninja across Amazon A+, brand stores, and PDPs with strong craft and commercial impact.

You will partner with retail and DTC groups to ensure premium on-brand experiences, translate product briefs into compelling retail assets, and shape the evolution of our design system across key partners.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in art direction, digital design, or creative direction
• Portfolio demonstrating Amazon/retailer.com creative
• Knowledge of Amazon creative specs, A+ modules, Brand Store architecture
• Experience with major retailers/brands
• Strong graphic design, layout, and typography
• Familiar with AI generative creative tools and platforms

Responsibilities

• Lead design and art direction of Amazon A+ content, Premium A+, brand stores, and sponsored creative
• Develop and maintain Amazon Brand Store design for Shark and Ninja
• Translate briefs into retail-specific creative communicating features and value
• Collaborate with teams to align creative with calendars and strategies
• Develop frameworks and templates for efficient retail creative production
• Stay current on Amazon best practices and retailer capabilities
• Contribute to SharkNinja's creative standards and design system
• Present concepts and strategies to stakeholders
