Job summary

Jackson Family Wines is seeking an experienced Associate Creative Director to lead and elevate creative work across our wine brands. You will oversee a multidisciplinary team, guiding brand storytelling and ensuring excellent execution across print, packaging, digital, advertising, and experiential channels.

You will work closely with marketing and stakeholders to develop compelling concepts, direct shoots, and maintain brand consistency while mentoring the creative team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in creative, art direction, or design roles
• 3+ years in a creative management role with direct reports
• Strong portfolio in branding, campaigns, packaging, and visual storytelling
• Experience directing photography and video shoots
• Brand strategy, campaigns, and consumer-facing communications
• Excellent presentation, communication, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead creative concepts for campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop creative strategy and briefs
• Provide direction across design, copywriting, photography, and video
• Create senior-level design work across print, packaging, digital, and ad materials
• Direct photo and video shoots from concept to delivery
• Champion brand consistency and evolve visual identity systems
• Leverage AI tools to enhance development, efficiency, and innovation
• Mentor direct reports and conduct performance evaluations
