Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited law school required.
• 3+ years of experience in related field.
• Licensed to practice law (bar admission).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain knowledge of PBM contracts and related legal requirements.
• Review PBM materials and provide legally supportable guidance to business partners.
• Advise on interpretation and application of PBM contractual requirements for health plan operations.
• Support PBM contract administration and State Health Plan matters.
• Advise on privacy, data governance, and regulatory compliance for PBM services.
