Job summary

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited law school required.
- 3+ years of experience in related field.
- Licensed to practice law.
Responsibilities
- Develop and provide legally supportable guidance on PBM contracts and regulatory requirements.
- Advise on PBM-related interpretations including pharmacy benefit administration and vendor performance.
- Support administration of public records requests, audits, and regulatory inquiries.
- Assist with privacy, data governance, and confidentiality considerations for PBM services.
- Provide training to business partners on legal, regulatory, and contractual topics.
