AWS's World Wide Public Sector Legal team is seeking an Associate Corporate Counsel to support Federal Government contracts and national security initiatives. You will review government contracts, advise on licensing matters, and help shape compliance strategies for cutting-edge cloud solutions.

You will collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams, navigate procurement regulations (FAR/DFARS), and contribute to litigation strategy at GAO, COFC, and Boards of Contract Appeals as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of post bar admission legal experience.
• Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent.
• Knowledge of government contracting laws, rules and regulations including FAR/DFAR.

Responsabilités

• Review and negotiate government contracts involving Federal Government customers, including technology licensing arrangements.
• Advise AWS sales and business teams on Federal Government procurement regulations, including FAR and DFARS.
• Develop and lead AWS litigation strategy at GAO, COFC, and Boards of Contract Appeals.
• Analyze and address contract compliance issues to ensure AWS meets all federal requirements and contractual obligations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop legal strategies that balance business objectives with regulatory requirements.
