Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an Associate Corporate Counsel for its Worldwide Public Sector Legal team in Arlington, VA. The role involves advising government and education clients, negotiating technology licenses, and ensuring regulatory compliance across public sector relationships.

You will collaborate with Sales, Public Policy, and Security teams to address strategic legal matters and customer inquiries, contributing to AWS Public Sector initiatives and contracts.

Qualificações

• JD required and bar membership in one state (or equivalent).
• 2+ years of legal experience including transactional work and commercial contracts negotiation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic legal guidance to government and education organizations within AWS Public Sector.
• Navigate government contracting regulations and licensing agreements for technology.
• Ensure compliance across public sector relationships and collaborate with Sales, Public Policy, and Security teams.
