Job summary

Alegeus is seeking an Associate Counsel to join its legal team in Boston. The successful candidate will lead high-stakes negotiations, draft sophisticated licensing and supplier agreements, and manage data privacy initiatives.

The role involves advising the business on risk management regarding sensitive partner and member data, acting as a liaison with regulators, and collaborating with the AI task force on governance frameworks. JD and bar admission required; 4–7 years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• BA/BS and a J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Bar admission in good standing required.
• 4–7 years of post-law school legal experience.
• Healthcare, fintech, payments and privacy regulations (HIPAA, CCPA, GLBA) experience preferred.
