Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to identify, structure, and lead novel strategic partnerships that advance business objectives.
• Independently lead legal negotiations of key customer agreements with senior sales leadership.
• Experience coordinating cross-functionally with Finance, R&D, and Procurement.

Responsibilities
