Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and current Virginia Bar membership.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and business development transactions.
• Experience representing large, complex businesses and working with senior leadership.
• Strong commitment to client service and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice on general commercial transactions and procurement issues, including risk assessments and crisis management.
• Draft, review and negotiate technology services, licensing, and a broad range of contracts including supply, manufacturing and IT agreements.
• Coordinate legal aspects of deals and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of the Transactions Team.
