Qualifications

• Member of the New York Bar.
• JD or LLM degree from an accredited law school.
• 1 to 3 years of experience for Associate Counsel and 4+ years for Counsel of relevant practicing attorney legal experience.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
• Willing to work in New York, NY.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day legal support for enterprise-wide corporate functions, such as NBCUniversal’s Finance, HR, Talent Acquisition, EHS, Facilities and CSR teams.
• Independently draft, review, negotiate, and interpret a wide range of agreements (SAAS licenses, professional services, research, equipment purchase).
• Negotiate and counsel clients regarding emerging issues in technology transactions, including AI.
• Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice to stakeholders, identifying potential risks and crafting effective solutions.
• Partner with executives and cross-functional teams, including Privacy and Information Security.
• Help develop and maintain contract templates and corporate policies to promote efficient, consistent processes.”],
