Confires Fire Protection Service, LLC is seeking an Associate Corporate Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for our corporate roles. Based in New Jersey, you will partner with hiring managers, source candidates, screen applicants, and coordinate interviews to ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience.

The role offers a salary-based position with quarterly bonus opportunities, plus benefits including 401K, health/dental/vision, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5 years of recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition experience (corporate or agency).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruiting efforts, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and hiring timelines
• Source candidates using ATS, job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
• Conduct initial candidate screens to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
• Coordinate interviews, including scheduling, logistics, and candidate communication
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS and ensure compliance with hiring policies and procedures
• Assist with employment offers, background checks, and onboarding coordination
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Support recruitment initiatives such as campus recruiting, job fairs, and employer branding activities
• Analyze recruiting metrics and prepare reports as needed
• Stay current on recruiting trends, labor market conditions, and best practices

The Associate Corporate Recruiter supports the full-cycle recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for a variety of corporate roles. This position partners closely with hiring managers and the broader HR team to ensure a positive candidate experience and timely hiring outcomes.
