Job summary

Century Fire Protection LLC is seeking a Regional Recruiter to source, screen, and hire top talent across multiple locations within the designated region. You will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and manage the full lifecycle from posting to onboarding.

In this role, you will maintain recruiting metrics, build a robust talent pipeline, and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations while representing the company at events and career fairs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field and 3+ years of recruiting.
• Experience in multi-location or regional recruiting preferred.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruiting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates using diverse channels including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Manage the full recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate recruitment metrics, applicant tracking, and reporting for management review.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs within the region.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and EEO/AA regulations.
• Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and community recruitment initiatives.

Summary

Responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across multiple locations within a designated region; partners with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, manages the full recruitment lifecycle, and ensures a positive candidate experience while supporting organizational growth.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and regional hiring priorities.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using various methods including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Manage the full recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate recruitment metrics, applicant tracking, and reporting for management review.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs within the region.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and EEO/AA regulations.
• Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and community recruitment initiatives.

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a multi-location or regional role; familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms.

Computer Skills

Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, HRIS (Paycom) experience, preferred.

Physical Demands

Regularly required to sit and use hands to finger, handle, or feel; frequently required to talk or hear. Occasionally required to stand; walk and reach with hands and arms and lift and/or move up to 10 pounds; vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
