Ozinga is seeking an Associate Controls Engineer to design, program, install, and maintain the plant's automated systems under guidance. You will troubleshoot electrical controls, update schematics, and document automation changes, while providing technical support to maintenance staff and operations.

Strong PLC/HMI skills and familiarity with major automation platforms are essential. You will work with AutoCAD for control designs, set up networks, program VFDs/soft starters, and contribute to

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required; specialized education preferred.
• PLC training and experience required/advantageous.
• Strong proficiency in PLC ladder logic, HMI design, and control wiring practices.
• Experience with major automation platforms and software tools listed above.

Responsabilidades

• Program and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, and industrial PCs for automation applications.
• Design, build, test, and maintain control boxes and electrical control solutions.
• Read and update schematics; use AutoCAD to design electrical controls.
• Create narratives, flowcharts, and functional descriptions for automation systems.
• Monitor and maintain plant systems; perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
