Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Electrical & Controls Engineer to design, test, and troubleshoot electrical and control systems for automated industrial equipment. You will create wiring diagrams, panel layouts, and controls drawings for upgrades and new installations.

Proficiency in programming and supporting PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, and related platforms is required, with hands-on work on Allen Bradley and related systems. Join a team focused on reliability and process improvement.

Qualifications

Experience designing, testing, and troubleshooting electrical and control systems
Ability to design wiring diagrams, panel layouts, and control wiring diagrams
Hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting for automated systems

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and troubleshoot electrical and control systems for automated industrial equipment.
Create wiring diagrams, panel layouts, power distribution drawings, and engineering specifications for upgrades or new installations.
Program, troubleshoot, and support PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, and related automation platforms.
Collaborate with project engineers and maintenance technicians to resolve production issues and implement error-proofing solutions.
Oversee or support new production installations, field service work, system testing, and customer-facing project support.
