Energy Transfer is seeking a Contract Administrator to support the Intrastate pipeline Commercial Groups from our Houston office. You will draft and set up contracts, enter data in Quorum, and ensure SOX compliance while coordinating with internal teams.
Bachelor’s degree and 0–2 years of related experience are preferred; strong MS Office skills and attention to detail are essential. This is a full-time in-office role with opportunities for advancement.

Summary: This is a Contract Administrator position reporting to the Contract Administration Supervisor and supporting the Intrastate pipeline Commercial Groups. The position involves working as an integral part of the team which processes contractual documents and performs system entry. Applicants must have the desire and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and strong organization skills. This position has a Houston based in office work schedule.

Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
Occasional overnight travel may be required.
Occasional visits to industrial/manufacturing settings, which may include exposure to various materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, and require appropriate personal protective equipment.
