You will contribute to project planning, readiness assessments, and ongoing support while ensuring alignment with client expectations and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with ERP/CRM/SCM implementations.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to train client personnel and users.
• Plan and manage implementation projects within timeframes and budgets.
• Review technology, data, and infrastructure for deployment readiness.
• Develop and maintain client relationships through the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning the implementation and project plan.
• Review and prepare client systems for BuilderGM deployment.
• Configure BuilderGM to meet client needs.
• Train client personnel and users.
• Provide ongoing training and application support.
• Identify, track, and resolve issues during implementation.
• Maintain communication with project team throughout the process.
• Adhere to Hyphen Solutions policies and implementation methodology.
