Job summary

Attractivate Consulting Solutions is seeking an ERP/Applications Consultant to support enterprise application implementations, upgrades, and integrations for clients across our IT/OT staff augmentation practice, including work order management, asset management, and financial/operational ERP platforms used alongside utility and industrial operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience implementing or supporting ERP/enterprise applications (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Maximo, or similar).
• Strong requirements-gathering and configuration skills.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders on system implementations.
• Solid documentation and communication skills.
• Experience with an ERP platform used in utility, industrial, or asset-intensive environments (Maximo, SAP PM, Oracle EAM).
• Systems integration experience connecting ERP to operational technology platforms.
• Consulting background supporting client implementations.
• Relevant platform certification.

Responsibilities

• Support configuration, testing, and deployment of ERP and enterprise application modules (finance, asset management, work management, supply chain).
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system configuration.
• Support integration between ERP platforms and operational systems (GIS, work management, SCADA-adjacent systems).
• Troubleshoot application issues and support end-user training.
• Participate in data migration, testing, and cutover activities for ERP implementations.
• Document configurations, integration points, and support procedures.
