Qualifications

• Knowledge of planning and executing enterprise-level implementations (ERP/CRM/SCM).
• Experience with process and change management methodologies.
• Ability to analyze and import client data into systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement projects, developing project plans to meet client expectations, timelines, and budget.
• Review client tech, infrastructure, and data readiness for deployment of BuilderGM and resolve issues.
• Set up and configure BuilderGM to client needs.
• Train client personnel and provide ongoing application support.
• Identify, track, and resolve issues during implementation.
• Maintain strong communication with project team throughout the process.
• Adhere to Hyphen Solutions’ policies and implementation methodologies.
