Job summary

PMP Management is seeking an Associate Community Manager for our Encino Oaks location in Los Angeles. The role supports Community Managers with administrative duties, board communications, newsletters, and vendor coordination.

The ideal candidate has strong writing and communication skills, excellent customer service, and solid Microsoft Office proficiency. A 4-year degree is preferred but not mandatory, with 1–2 years of admin experience valued.

Qualifications

• 4 Year College Degree preferred but not required.
• 1-2 Years of experience in an administrative role.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Extraordinary customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service to homeowners, Board Members, and vendors.
• Directly assist the Community Manager with community-related tasks.
• Board packet assembly, including copying, binding, labeling envelopes, and mailing when applicable.
• Updating association portals, including current documents, board member names and positions, calendar, minutes, and emails.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors.
• Create monthly newsletters.
• Assist with the architectural application process.
• Create work orders for vendors and track status.
