You will manage lower-severity claims, coordinate with outside counsel, and support underwriting and risk management efforts. This position offers a hybrid work location model designed to support flexibility, with a non-management scope and potential for growth in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Juris Doctor Degree required.
• Licensed/authorized to practice law in the jurisdiction.
• Valid driver’s license or access to transportation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, investigate, and resolve Bond & Specialty Claims of lower severity with supervision.
• Retain and manage outside counsel and negotiate settlements.
• Prepare management reports on loss development and exposure.
• Coordinate recovery efforts to mitigate losses.
