Hybrid work is available; candidates must hold a law license, JD, and a background in claims handling. Expected duties include outside counsel management, settlements, and detailed documentation.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of relevant legal or claim handling work experience.
• Ability to resolve conflicts professionally.
• Strong decision-making and negotiation within authority limits.
• Clear verbal and written communication of coverage determinations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve Bond & Specialty Claims of lower severity under supervision.
• Manage outside counsel relationships and settlements.
• Prepare management reports on loss development and exposure with guidance.
• Maintain claim documentation and confidentiality standards.
