Job summary

Ascension All Saints Spring Campus is seeking a Chaplain to provide spiritual and emotional support to patients, families, and staff across faiths in Racine, WI. The role operates on a rotating schedule and PRN basis, focusing on dignity, ethics, and person-centered care.

You will help develop pastoral care programs and report to the Spiritual Care department, enhancing well-being for patients, staff, and the community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree in Theology, Religious Studies, Human Behavior or related field preferred. 1 unit of Clinical Pastoral Education accredited by the ACPE required. 2 units preferred.
• 2 years of healthcare experience is preferred.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Education:

• Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree in Theology, Religious Studies, Human Behavior or a related field preferred. 1 unit of Clinical Pastoral Education accredited by the ACPE required. 2 units of Clinical Pastoral Education accredited by the ACPE preferred.

Work Experience:

• 2 years of healthcare experience is preferred.
