Position Responsibilities

1. Act as a liaison between Logistics and other departments regarding planning, testing, and deploying Logistics Systems updates.
2. Audit and maintain Logistics data including lead times, routing, rates, and carrier information.
3. Build relationships with internal and external business partners to resolve issues.
4. Document project timelines and action items, and provide updates to management.
5. Develop and process test plans to prevent production bugs.
6. Support the team to ensure system updates and projects are completed timely and accurately.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
8. Ability to multi-task and work independently.
