CRC Group is looking for an Insurance Broker in Seattle, WA to support the broker with all job functions, learning industry responsibilities necessary for future growth. The role includes developing client relationships, negotiating insurance terms, and maintaining compliance.
Successful candidates will hold a college degree or insurance designation and be committed to advancing into a Broker position with a minimum three-year commitment. Eligible employees will enjoy comprehensive benefits, including health insurance and a 401(k) plan.
Supports Broker with all job functions to learn the industry, business and job responsibilities necessary for future growth as a Broker. Markets, identifies, solicits, and arranges appropriate insurance coverage for clients by utilizing accessible markets. Serves as an intermediary between the Agent and the Insurance Company. Drives new business to assist Broker in meeting or exceeding production goals.
