Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field with 3+ years of experience or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to analyze market data.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience leading teams or projects and coordinating cross-functional work.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Brand Management: analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform marketing and product strategies.
• Develop category strategies and conduct business analyses to align with objectives.
• Collaborate with Insights for consumer research, targeting, and product optimization.
• Manage budgeting, coupon forecasting, and invoicing; support legal approvals for external docs.
• Create sales presentations and distribute marketing tools for Sales teams.
• Partner with Sales to develop strategic retail partnerships and campaigns.
• Lead in product development by identifying audiences, gathering insights, and evaluating potential.
