Cella by Randstad Digital is seeking a Contract Project Manager to lead omnichannel campaigns for a Global Pharmaceutical Leader’s in-house agency. You will coordinate cross-channel initiatives across print and digital platforms and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• 1 to 4 years of recent advertising agency experience in client services, including at least 1 year in pharmaceutical marketing.
• Experience navigating enterprise project management and regulatory platforms (Kantata, Workfront, Veeva PromoMats).
• Bachelor's degree and strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate end-to-end omnichannel solutions across print and digital campaigns.
• Develop project timelines and allocate resources to keep campaigns on budget and schedule.
• Act as a consultative partner during status reviews, mitigating risks with data-driven proposals.
• Navigate regulatory review processes to ensure compliance with corporate promotional guidelines.
