• Provide guidance and training recommendations to junior staff.
• Prepare and review technical reports and sections of environmental assessments.
• Contribute to proposals and scope of work in collaboration with business development.
• Coordinate with clients and regulators to communicate survey results and reports.
• Assist with permitting strategies and agency negotiations.
