Chase is looking for an Associate Banker in Houston to represent our brand with hospitality and deliver banking solutions through technology-enabled service. You will build trusted relationships and help clients reach their financial goals using product knowledge and attentive service.

You will greet clients, service accounts, open new ones, and guide day‑to‑day transactions while following policies and regulatory requirements. Collaboration with the branch team is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service by greeting clients as they enter the branch, making them feel heard and cared for.
• Exceed client expectations by providing account servicing and maintenance as well as opening new accounts, while complying with all policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day‑to‑day banking transactions including the usage of technology self‑service options such as leveraging the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs can help them with their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions – partnering with other branch team members to help achieve their financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault, ATM, or others while adhering to all bank policies and procedures.
