You will assist with account openings, educate on Chase Mobile App and Chase.com, and collaborate with branch teammates to ensure a seamless, high-quality client experience.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to learn products, services and procedures quickly.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and guiding them through the lobby using a tablet and waiting queue.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new ones while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
