Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver welcoming, client-focused service at our branch. You will greet clients, assist with account openings, and guide customers in using digital tools like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com to meet their financial needs.

You will build trusted client relationships, handle routine transactions, and work with a team to help clients reach their goals, while following bank policies and promoting inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with branch team members.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling in line with policies and procedures.
