Responsibilities

• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and self-service options (mobile app, online banking, ATMs).
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and offering solutions.
• Assist with branch operations, including cash handling and vault/ATM duties while complying with policies.
