Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver warm, hospitality-driven service and leverage Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to meet client needs. You will welcome clients, process transactions, open accounts, and partner with experts to help clients reach financial goals.

You will build trusted relationships, educate customers on products, and work with a team to ensure smooth branch operations while adhering to all policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent
• Experience delivering excellent client service
• Ability to put clients first and exceed expectations

Responsabilités

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, and scheduling meetings.
• Assist with day-to-day transactions and open new accounts while complying with policies and banking requirements.
• Educate clients on technology self-service options like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations and handle cash devices while maintaining policy compliance.
