FORTÉ is seeking a detail-oriented professional in Fargo, ND to support installation of integrated audio/visual technologies at client sites. You will work with installation teams, handle cable terminations, mounting, and ensure all work meets safety standards.

This role emphasizes independent work, strong customer service, and willingness to travel to customer sites. CTS or OSHA certifications are preferred, with opportunities to obtain them within the first year.

Qualifications

• Experience in AV service or installation fields.
• Experience with cable terminations and mounting.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites.
• CTS certification preferred or achievable within first year and OSHA 10/30 preferred or achievable within first year.

What You Will Be Doing

You would support FORTÉ's clients directly by assisting with installation of their integrated audio/visual technologies. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

What You Bring to Assure Success:

• Previous experience in the service or installation audiovisual, low voltage, security systems, or closely related field
• Previous experience with cable terminations, soldering, and mounting
• Experience in a construction environment preferred
• Proficiency with basic hand tools
• Ability to work independently, be self-directed and make sound decisions based on customer satisfaction
• Ability and willingness to travel to customer sites
• AVIXA CTS Certification preferred, or ability to complete within your first year of employment
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification preferred, or ability to complete within your first year of employment
