Job summary

Jobot is seeking an attorney licensed in California with 2+ years in workers' compensation defense to join a growing firm. This remote role requires residing in California and offers a flexible work-from-home setup with strong support for work-life balance.

Qualified candidates will hold a CA Bar in good standing, a JD from an ABA-approved law school, and deliver excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to manage multiple matters efficiently and maintain client focus.

Required

• JD from an ABA-approved law school
• Passed and in Good Standing with the California State Bar
• 2+ years of Workers' Comp Defense Experience
• Experience in trial and cross-examination preferred (but not required)
• Experience with Depos
• Understanding confidentiality requirements
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
