Job summary

Jobot is seeking an attorney to join a growing California Workers' Compensation Defense Firm. The role is remote within California, requiring the attorney to live and work in CA. The firm offers a competitive salary range and comprehensive benefits.

Candidates should have a JD from an ABA-approved law school, California Bar in good standing, and at least 2 years of WC defense experience. Trial experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

Required

• JD from an ABA-approved law school
• Passed and in Good Standing with the California State Bar
• 2+ years of Workers' Comp Defense Experience
• Experience in trial and cross-examination preferred (but not required)
• Experience with Depos
• Understanding confidentiality requirements
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
