Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-approved law school.
• Passed and in Good Standing with the California State Bar.
• 2+ years of Workers' Comp Defense Experience.
• Experience in trial and cross-examination preferred (but not required).
• Experience with Depositions.
• Understanding confidentiality requirements; ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
