·Working directly with lead trial counsel on catastrophic cases

·Mentoring with senior partners who want you to advance and succeed in the

practice and business of law

·Pleadings and discovery

·Attending court conferences, hearings and trials

·Taking and defending fact and expert depositions

·Performing legal research and drafting motion and briefs

The ideal candidate will have:

·Excellent research, writing, and organizational skills

·3-5 years of litigation experience (at a law firm, for a government legal department, or clerking for a judge). Products liability experience preferred.

·Admission to the Massachusetts Bar with active license

·Capacity to work from the firm’s Boston office
