Job description

Our client, a leading litigation law firm with offices throughout the Northeast, has an immediate need for a Litigation Attorney, to join our winning team in Boston.

Our candidate of choice will be a civil litigation attorney, who is admitted to practice in the State of Massachusetts or has obtained a sufficient UBE score to be admitted to the jurisdictions. This is a hybrid role!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS:

• Professional and General Liability
• Products Liability
• Tort and Liability Defense
• Admission to the Massachusetts and Maine State Bars (or possess a sufficient UBE score to be admitted to the jurisdictions).
• At least 3 years (10 years maximum) of civil litigation experience,
• Professional and General Liability preferred.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
