Job summary

CyberCoders seeks an Associate Attorney with 3+ years of civil defense litigation experience to join a premier Boston firm in a hybrid work arrangement. The attorney will handle construction defect, general liability, and product liability cases from inception through resolution, representing clients in complex matters across Boston, MA and Providence, RI.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of civil defense litigation experience (construction defect, general liability, product liability).
• Experience handling all phases of litigation from motion practice to trial.
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and admission to practice in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a litigation caseload from inception through resolution.
• Conduct and defend depositions and prepare witnesses for depositions and trial.
• Review discovery requests, draft responses, pleadings, and motions.
• Take lead roles in plaintiff and expert witness depositions and assist with trial prep.
• Collaborate with partners, clients, and team members on case strategy and maintain billing records.

An established firm based in Boston with over 30 years in practice is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join their team in a hybrid work arrangement. This Attorney will have experience with construction defect, general liability, and product liability litigation, managing cases from inception through resolution and representing clients in complex civil matters throughout Boston, MA and Providence, RI.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction defect, general liability, product liability, or related civil defense litigation
• Experience handling all phases of litigation including motion practice, discovery, and depositions
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• Admission to practice law and in good standing
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
