We are a high-growth plaintiff’s personal injury law firm seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with 0–3 years of experience to join our team.
We are looking for someone who wants more than a traditional associate position. This role is designed for an attorney who is ambitious, competitive, client-focused, and motivated to build an exceptional career — both professionally and financially.
Compensation: $80,000–$120,000 Base + Performance Bonus
Base salary ranges from $80,000 to $120,000, depending on experience.
In addition to base salary, attorneys participate in a performance-based bonus program with significant upside.
We believe attorneys who produce exceptional results should be compensated exceptionally. Our bonus structure rewards performance and does not impose an artificial ceiling on earnings.
High-performing attorneys can earn several hundred thousand dollars per year, and exceptional performers have the opportunity to earn $1 million or more annually.
This is an ideal position for someone who is motivated by the opportunity to directly increase their compensation through performance, results, and increased responsibility.

We are particularly interested in attorneys who:
Have 0–3 years of legal experience, preferably in plaintiff’s personal injury
Are admitted to practice law in Colorado
Are highly motivated and results-oriented
Want substantially greater earning potential than a traditional associate compensation model provides
Have excellent written and oral communication skills
Are organized and capable of managing multiple cases simultaneously
Take ownership of their work
Communicate exceptionally well with clients
Want meaningful responsibility early in their careers
Are competitive, driven, and eager to improve
Want to develop into outstanding plaintiff’s lawyers and trial attorneys
Plaintiff’s personal injury experience is preferred, but it's better that you apply with no experience than extensive experience in a different practice field.
You will have the opportunity to handle meaningful cases, develop rapidly as an attorney, take on substantial responsibility, and participate financially in the results you produce.
There is no predetermined ceiling on what your career — or your compensation — can become here.
“If I work harder, become better, produce more, and create more value, I want the opportunity to earn more.”
We want to meet you.
