Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of personal injury litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motions, and trial prep.
• Represent clients in court, mediation, depositions, and arbitration, advocating effectively.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements clearly and persuasively.
• Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, and courts, including settlement negotiations.
• Manage caseload independently while collaborating with attorneys and support staff.

Salary Range

$100,000 - $180,000 / Year DOE

Associate Attorney Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of personal injury litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation and execution
• Represent clients in court, mediation, depositions, and arbitration, advocating effectively at each stage
• Draft clear and compelling legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements
• Communicate effectively and frequently with clients, opposing counsel, and courts, including engaging in regular settlement negotiations on behalf of clients
• Manage caseload independently while collaborating with company attorneys and support staff

Associate Attorney Requirements

• 1-4 years of personal injury experience
• Experience in a high-volume practice is required
• Strong writing skills, with the ability to review the work of support staff
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
• Barred in California
