Job summary

Boutique Recruiting is seeking an Associate Attorney in California to join a dynamic personal injury litigation team. The attorney will manage a substantial caseload, communicate with clients and colleagues, and contribute to high-quality legal services in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include a J.D. from an ABA‑accredited law school and California Bar admission, with 1–4 years PI experience and preference for remote‑team exposure.

  • Experience in high-volume practice.
  • Strong writing skills.
  • Barred in California.
  • Experience working with remote teams preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Handle all aspects of personal injury litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation and execution
  • Represent clients in court, mediation, depositions, and arbitration, advocating effectively at each stage
  • Draft clear and compelling legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements
  • Communicate effectively and frequently with clients, opposing counsel, and courts, including engaging in regular settlement negotiations on behalf of clients
  • Manage caseload independently while collaborating with company attorneys and support staff

Position Title: Associate Attorney

The Associate Attorney will contribute significantly to a dynamic legal team specializing in personal injury litigation. The role involves managing a substantial caseload while ensuring effective communication with clients and colleagues. Salary Range: $100,000 - $180,000 / Year DOE

Associate Attorney Responsibilities
  • Handle all aspects of personal injury litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation and execution
  • Represent clients in court, mediation, depositions, and arbitration, advocating effectively at each stage
  • Draft clear and compelling legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements
  • Communicate effectively and frequently with clients, opposing counsel, and courts, including engaging in regular settlement negotiations on behalf of clients
