Boutique Recruiting represents a leading personal injury firm seeking an Associate Attorney to join a dynamic PI litigation team. You will manage a substantial caseload, coordinating with clients and colleagues to deliver high-quality legal services in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 1-4 years of PI experience, a J.D. from an ABA-accredited school, and California Bar admission. Strong writing and communication skills, plus comfort with remote teams, are valued.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of personal injury litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation and execution.
• Represent clients in court, mediation, depositions, and arbitration, advocating effectively at each stage.
• Draft clear and compelling legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements.
• Communicate effectively and frequently with clients, opposing counsel, and courts, including engaging in regular settlement negotiations on behalf of clients.
• Manage caseload independently while collaborating with company attorneys and support staff.

Salary Range: $100,000 - $180,000 / Year DOE

Associate Attorney Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of personal injury litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation and execution
• Represent clients in court, mediation, depositions, and arbitration, advocating effectively at each stage
• Draft clear and compelling legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements
