Job summary

Protouch Staffing is seeking an Associate Attorney specialized in personal injury to join a growing plaintiff-side firm in Indiana. The ideal candidate will manage a high-volume caseload, communicate with clients and opposing counsel, and help move matters toward resolution in a team-oriented environment.

Active license to practice in Indiana is required. Prior plaintiff-side personal injury experience is preferred but not required; strong writing, negotiation, and case-management skills are

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume caseload from intake through resolution.
• Meet with prospective clients and assist with new client sign-ups.
• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding their cases.
• Review insurance coverage, claims documentation, medical records, and other case materials.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing parties.
• Draft and review legal correspondence, demands, and other case-related documents.
• Assist with medical lien and bill reductions.
• Work closely with case managers and other staff to move cases forward.

Associate Attorney - Personal Injury

A growing plaintiff-side law firm is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join its personal injury practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who is organized, client-focused, and comfortable managing a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, writing, negotiation, document review, and case-management skills. The attorney will work closely with clients, insurance companies, medical providers, opposing counsel, and internal support staff to efficiently move cases toward resolution.

Previous plaintiff-side personal injury experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume caseload from intake through resolution
• Meet with prospective clients and assist with new client sign-ups
• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding their cases
• Review insurance coverage, claims documentation, medical records, and other case materials
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing parties
• Draft and review legal correspondence, demands, and other case-related documents
• Assist with medical lien and bill reductions
• Work closely with case managers and other staff to efficiently move cases forward
• Provide responsive and professional client service
• Participate in after-hours prospective client appointments on a rotating or as-needed basis
• Perform additional attorney duties as needed to support the firm's caseload
