Job summary

Scaringi Law, a growing Harrisburg firm, seeks experienced associate attorneys for multiple practice groups including Family, Employment, Business & Corporate, Civil Litigation, Estate Planning and Administration. Candidates must be PA Bar members with at least 3 years of relevant experience and the ability to manage active caseloads from intake to resolution.

The firm offers a commission-based structure with generous earning potential and a $15,000 signing bonus.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Bar in good standing.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in one or more listed practice areas.
• Ability to independently manage an active caseload from intake through resolution.
• Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and client communication skills.
• Courtroom experience, including hearings, conferences, arbitrations, mediations, and trials, as applicable to your practice area.
• Experience drafting legal documents, negotiating settlements, advising clients, and representing clients before courts and administrative agencies.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to provide exceptional client service while managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with attorneys and staff.

Responsibilities

Scaringi Law is a growing, full‑service law firm headquartered in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. We represent clients throughout the Commonwealth in a wide range of legal matters, providing exceptional representation and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and client service.

As our firm expands, we are seeking experienced associate attorneys to join several of our established and growing practice groups. We are currently hiring attorneys with experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Family Law
• Employment Law
• Business & Corporate Law
• Civil Litigation
• Estate Planning
• Estate Administration

Position Requirements

• Active membership in good standing with the Pennsylvania Bar.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in one or more of the listed practice areas.
• Ability to independently manage an active caseload from intake through resolution.

Compensation

This position offers commission‑based compensation with exceptional earning potential.

Compensation includes:

• 35% to 50% of collections on matters handled by the attorney.
• An additional 7% of collections on matters originated by the attorney.
• 15%, 20%, or 25% (based upon length of employment) of collections generated by other attorneys on matters originated by the attorney.

The commission‑based compensation structure requires a minimum of 600 billable hours annually.

Signing Bonus

Qualified candidates may be eligible for a $15,000 signing bonus. Please refer to the Employment Application for complete terms and conditions.

• This is a full‑time, in‑office position.
• Daily attendance at our Harrisburg office is required except when attending court, client meetings, or other approved work‑related obligations.
