• Meet with clients to discuss estate planning needs and provide guidance
• Design comprehensive estate plans tailored to client goals and circumstances

Requirements

• A JD degree and an active bar license in Pennsylvania
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to see the big picture and identify issues
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all aspects of the role
• Adaptability to firm systems and workflows

Bonus Experience

• Familiarity with Monday.com, Excel, and/or Lawmatics
• Experience using WealthCounsel for estate planning documents
